Last Sunday, i watched this TV program that's on Chef Sam Leong which had been broadcasted previously. At one point, it was really funny.. It was in the middle of a banquet, and his item was to go out with another chef's item together. When his fried prawn was ready, the other party's fish wasn't. It was really a big headache as the texture of the prawn goes downhill very quickly. He decided to fry a new batch, but it has to time exactly with the fish. And he says to the other chef, "It's Ok, take your time. I give you three minutes." Hee... such a paradox.. But seriously, this just goes to show how important timing and cooperation is in operations. =)
