This guy, caused an accident by stopping abruptly in the fast lane of the expressway, causing damages to a car, and grievous physical as well as mental hurt to a person and bloddy thinks its FUNNY!!! Thinks he is NOT AT FAULT!!!!
WTH!!!
Like my fren put it:
see what if the victim happens to be one of his family members or someone close to him. see if its funny to him then.
Anyone knows who he is? I think more justice ought to be given to the poor gal.... =<
